Charlotte joined PHF in January 2018 as a Grants Manager focusing on Education and Learning through the Arts. Prior to this, she was a primary school teacher, working in inner-London schools. Her previous experience includes 12 years working in the classical music sector and at Arts Council England. Charlotte has a BA in Music from Southampton University, an MA in Arts Policy and Management from Birkbeck University and a PGCE from the Teach First/Institute of Education.
