Penny joined the Foundation in September 2015 after completing her Masters in Public Policy at University College London, with a particular focus on the voluntary sector. Penny primarily supports our work on the Youth Fund. She has previously held policy roles with the Victorian Government in Australia, advising on youth and community development and also community services reform. Penny is also a trained singer and has been a tutor for the Australian School of Performing Arts. She has completed Bachelors of Music and Arts at the University of Melbourne.
